Teacher Gifts

Last evening the girls had their annual Christmas dinner at school. They looked stunning in their new clothes. They also had a little make-up on and lots of glitters in their hair. I made them both gifts and cards for their teachers.

I kept the cards and favor bags clean & simple as I had to make four sets. I had planned to work ahead, but as usual it was a last minute project finished on the day itself.

For the Christmas card I used Musical Backgrounds from Waltzingmouse Stamps and Wreath for All Seasons from Papertrey Ink. Fleur's female teachers got a card with large olive green crystals from Zva Creative on it.

Sanne's male teachers got the same card, but no crystals for them.

Supplies: Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper | Clear stamps: Waltzingmouse Stamps (Musical Backgrounds), Papertrey Ink (Wreath for All Seasons) | Ink: Papertrey Ink (Ripe Avocado, Vintage Touch Tea Dye Duo), ColorBox (Cranberry), Versafine (Vintage Sepia) | Twine: May Arts | Crystals, foam dots: Zva Creative | Tools: Papertrey Ink Mat Stack 1 Die

I made them all the same favor bag filled with delicious chocolates filled with caramel and orange/mandarin. The caramel ones are the best....yummy!

I love the red gingham checked ribbon and the red & green color combo.

Supplies: All supplies by Papertrey Ink unless noted otherwise Cardstock: Ripe Avocado, Bazzill Basics Paper | Clear stamps: Holly Jolly, 2010 Holiday Tags, Friendship Jar, Friendship Jar Holiday Fillers | Ink: Ripe Avocado, ColorBox (Cranberry) | Ribbon, twine: May Arts | Tools: Favor It Box 2, Limitless Layers: 1-3/4" Circle Collection | Other: foamtape

I'll be back with a card on Sunday. Have a wonderful weekend!

  1. Love that ribbon Ingrid! Wouldn't you know I have the exact same sets and dies - may have to try a little CASEing... lol. Fabulous idea and I am sure the teacher's appreciated it. Even better, I bet your girls loved handing out those sweet treats.

  13. The cards are just perfect for a teacher - the background music stamp adds so much to the design. The gift boxes are stunning - I love everything about them - background stamp, tags and ribbon - so sweet.

Heel stijlvol! De combinatie van rood/groen/ecru geeft een echt kerstgevoel zonder dat het to much is!!

  17. Beautiful job! Love the music score background behind the wreaths. Good choice to leave off the bling off of the male cards :)
