Monday is always dedicated to cards on the Jillibean Soup blog. Today's post shows nine cards, and two of them are mine.
For my first card I cut a piece of fabric and stamped the flower and sentiment on to it. I adhered the fabric to the card base using my sewing machine. The fabric is available at IKEA.
Supplies: Patterned paper: Jillibean Soup (Brown Pea Pod) | Stamps: Jillibean Soup (Sending Thoughts, Sentiments) | Ink: StaZon (Timber Brown) | Button: Jillibean Soup (Cool Beans Brown) | Twine: Jillibean Soup (Natural/brown ribbon) | Tools: Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic Squares, sewing machine | Other: fabric (IKEA)
My other card is also clean and simple, but a bit more bright than the first one. I used one of my impression plates from Papertrey Ink to create some texture.
Supplies: Cardstock: Bazzill Basic Paper (White) | Journaling sprouts: Jillibean Soup (Circles Orange on White) | Stamps: Jillibean Soup (Sentiments) | Ink: Versafine (Vintage Sepia) | Felt embellishments: Jillibean Soup (Spring Fling Large) | Twine: Jillibean Soup (Natural/brown ribbon) | Tools: Papertrey Ink (Polka Dot Basics II Impression Plate), Carl corner punch, sewing machine | Other: button, foamtape
Hop on over to the Jillibean Soup blog to view the cards by the other DT members.
Tomorrow I'll be back with another card using Jillibean Soup products that I made for Custom Crops. Until then!
