Sending Birthday Wishes

It’s been a while since I played along with one of the challenges on the Papertrey Pals blog. Last Sunday Sue Ann posted a new challenge and I decided to create a card that same day to make sure I wouldn’t miss another challenge. I still plan to catch up on the other challenges. Sue Ann challenged us to create a masculine card. My card turned out less masculine than I had in mind, but I think it will do for this challenge. I made this card with Ted, one of my fellow Papertrey Pals in mind. He is celebrating his birthday today and although we don’t send the Papertrey Pals members a card via mail I do want to wish him a happy birthday. Since Ted is living in the USA I chose the hot air balloon image from Papertrey Ink's Everyday Button Bits stamp set to virtually send him birthday wishes. Happy Birthday, Ted!

  22. Ingrid, I really could not be happier with this card! Nadine's right... green is my favorite color and the Button Bits stamps are some of my favorites. The fact that you took the time to stitch it for me is just icing on the cake. What a very thoughtful thing you did here, Ingrid. Thank you so much for such a kind gesture! I absolutely love it! :)
